Myogenic low back pain is pain related to stress or strain on the back muscles, tendons and ligaments which is usually present when excessive daily activities are carried out, such as sitting or standing for too long as well as lifting heavy objects in the wrong way. Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) Such as low back pain needs to get attention because it can become a problem such as lost work time, reduced work productivity, treatment requires high costs, decreased alertness, increases the risk of accidents, etc. Prevention of low back myogenic pain can be in the form of health education to batik craftsmen using exercise control sheet media. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a one group pre-test post-test design. The sample in this study amounted to 10 people. The sampling technique is by means of proportional stratified random sampling. Data analysis used in this study was an analysis to determine the effect before and after being given a control sheet using Wilcoxon. The results showed that after static stretching exercise, using a control sheet did not make positive changes for batik craftsmen who experienced lower back myogenic pain
